Fast-paced medical mystery about corruption in India's medical tourism industry and coverup in the Indian government, which stands to lose a lot of money if any bad news gets out.  Not a bad read, but characters are not very well-developed, and all but a couple of them are either all bad or all good.  Fairly routine big business vs the little guy theme.
