BookBundlz

Hello Clubies!!

September is Literacy Month, and we could not find a cause closer to our hearts. The purpose of BookBundlz is to create a fun reading environment for book clubs and anybody who loves books! and we're lovin' doing it! But we also want to create an environment of awareness for all those who don't have the basic fundamentals or opportunity to read in their life. So take a moment to learn more and read our article below about literacy in the world and join us in making it a burning issue for everyone. Check out our Campaign for Literacy page in the weeks to come to find out more about ways you can get involved.

Can you read this line?

Un krindle pou bubin de fut ert juin mi wesda! Nib vu y cantu fenti ki bannte gup.

Reading that line, what did you just feel? confusion? frustration? a little inadequate? Or did you give up after trying to read 3 words? If you could not read the line above, don't worry - it's made up. But the inability to read is VERY real for many people. If it was YOU, how would not being able to read effect your life? Sweetness at the Bottom of the Pie
Why Sweetness at the
Bottom of the Pie?

One word - FLAVIA! This feisty 11 year old with a passion for poison captures you with a chuckle and keeps you wanting to read more with her wit, intellect and quest to wreak havoc on her sisters. The fact that there is a couple curious murders to solve is a bonus. No one in this interesting cast of characters can be ruled out. But the killer must be found, or Flavia's father will go to jail for a crime he did not (or maybe he did) commit!
